Sunset Harbour Yacht Club offers a unique equity club membership program where owners and shareholders share a piece of the prime, waterfront real estate. In addition to their wet slips and a gated covered parking space, new buyers are granted membership privileges including use of private fitness center, heated Olympic-size pool, high power electrical service, fresh water, phone, internet digital satellite TV and a personal dock box.

- This Miami Beach Marina accommodates vessels from 45 to 150 feet long with 125 slips
- We are very crew friendly and our staff is experienced working with luxury yachts as noted in both in Superyacht.com & Floating Life
- Diesel is available and delivered by Peterson Fuel to each marina slip
- Holding Tank Pump-Out at each marina slip
- Electricity: 30 amp, 50 amp, 4 pin 100 amp single phase, 5 pin 100 amp 3 phase.
- Wireless and wired High-Speed Internet Access to each marina dock
- Digital Satellite TV (22 premium channels) & water is available at each marina dock 24 hr Security for the entire marina
